Are you geared up for the biggest health and fitness event the Middle East has ever seen? From November 5-7 the Etisalat Fitness Fest will be taking place in the Autodrome in Motor City. The event will offer hundreds of fun health and fitness related events for people of all ages. Over 200 organizations will display and demonstrate products and activities that are designed to improve fitness levels whether you are an already committed enthusiast, whether you’re looking to encourage your kids to be more active, or whether you want to get more active yourself.

In addition to activities and competitions, the event is also set to draw some big names! Hafþór Björnsson, better known as ‘The Mountain’ from Game of Thrones will be at the event. He hopes to show people the benefits of living an active and healthy lifestyle! Canadian professional CrossFit athlete Camille Leblanc-Bazinet, otherwise known as the fittest woman on Earth will also be there. For those wishing to participate in challenges there will be a 10k run, a cycling competition, and a competition to award the title of the UAE’s strongest man or woman.
